  • Brain:
Technique: Sagittal T1, axial T2, FLAIR, gradient echo and diffusion-weighted imaging was obtained.

Findings: No focal lesions are identified in the posterior fossa. There is no mass or mass effect. There is no hydrocephalus. Normal flow voids are identified within the skull base vessels. The paranasal sinuses and orbits are within normal limits. Sagittal images show a normal appearance to the midline structures. The craniocervical junction is intact. Diffusion-weighted imaging shows no evidence for recent infarct or ischemia. Gradient echo sequence shows mild physiologic mineralization of the basal ganglia. No evidence for blood products is seen.
